What are your delivery charges?

Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

 

No. We deliver between Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays. All standard items are dispatched on a Next Working Day Service. However, please note this is NOT a guaranteed service therefore Star Shopfittings Ltd cannot guarantee that items will be received the next working day. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a precise time of delivery.

 

Can I have goods sent to a different delivery address?

 

Yes, but each delivery address incurs a separate delivery charge and needs to be ordered separately.

 

Can I collect my order from your Showroom/ Warehouse?

 

Yes, we welcome collection, customers at times prefer to collect and therefore save time as well as delivery costs and also view other items in our showroom.

However, once you have placed your order and wish to collect, please contact us before you come and collect so that we make sure everything is ready for you.

There are some items which are delivery items only and cannot be collected.
