Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. However, we usually dispatch sooner. Some items are special order or made to order, the availability of these is shown in the product information.

We use more than one courier, and the choice of courier is dependent on the size of your order and delivery address. We deliver between Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays. All standard items are dispatched on a Next Working Day Service. However, please note that this is not a guaranteed service therefore Star Shopfittings Ltd cannot guarantee that items will be received the next working day. Unfortunately we are unable to specificify a precise delivery time.

We require a signature for all deliveries. Please ensure someone is available to accept and assist with the delivery – any re-deliveries will incur further charges. All deliveries should be signed for as “UNCHECKED” to assist with any claims.

Slatwall panels, slatted gondolas, and large bulky items will require two persons for off-loading. Additionally, pallets are often tied together with metal strapping, and so you must have tools that can cut through this.

Any damages or shortages must be reported by 12pm the day following delivery. Failure to report under this term will result in no obligation by Star Shopfittings Ltd.

Please provide a contact number and note any delivery restrictions during checkout, this is especially important if your delivery address is unusual or difficult to find.

We dispatch from several warehouse locations, so you may receive multiple deliveries before your order is fulfilled.

The above Price /Postage does not cover Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or Scottish Islands or Highlands. Please Email us before you commit to Buy, if you Live or would like Delivery in these Areas.

There may be a surcharge on the above rates if the delivery address is in the Highlands or other mainland extremities.

Goods with a net value of over £250 will be delivered FREE. However, for certain goods due to their bulk and weight there may be a surcharge and will not qualify for our standard delivery rates. These products will have their own delivery rate specified in the product information. If these products form part of a mix order, then the individual specified delivery rate will apply. We will inform you of these before dispatch. Slatwall Panels will incur a flat delivery charge as above, regardless of the number of panels ordered.

Similarly, on a very few products we may be unable to specify the delivery cost. In this instance you will be asked to call or contact us in the product information, and establish a delivery charge. If these products form part of a mix order, then you will have to call or contact us for a delivery charge. Returns Policy


We know that you will be delighted with your purchases from starshopfittings.co.uk. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

If you change your mind

We offer a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' with all packaging and tags intact when returned to us.

Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods and received an acknowledgement from us, you may then return the goods at your own expense. Alternatively, we can arrange collection at cost. Once the goods are received at starshopfittings.co.uk, we'll issue a full refund, less any delivery charges, via your original payment method.

We may accept goods after 7 working days at our discretion, with a 25% re-stocking fee.

Please note this policy does not apply to custom made goods and made to order goods, including but not limited to slatwall, counters, gondolas, and certain display products.

Items Missing or Damaged in Transit

If any items are missing or damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us by 12 pm the next working day AND within 3 working days in writing. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Once we have verified the damage, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days in writing. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty, you will have to pay any delivery charges and there may be a re-stocking fee of 25%.
